Prof. Dr. Bodo Pieroth

Bodo Pieroth is Professor em. for Public Law at the University of Münster.
His research focuses on fundamental rights, state organization law, police and regulatory law, constitutional history, and law and literature. His textbook "Grundrechte", written together with Bernhard Schlink, is a standard work in legal education.
Bodo Pieroth is a Visiting Fellow at CAS in October 2020 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Dr. Antoinette Maget Dominicé and Prof. Dr. Jens Kersten in the context of the CAS Research Focus "What about Art?".
On 22 October 2020 he will give a lecture on "Kunstfreiheit im Verfassungswandel".
