Prof. Alexandra Mislin, Ph.D.

Alexandra Mislin is Associate Professor at the Department of Management of the American University in Washington.

Her research focuses on how financial incentives as well as social factors including trust, social perceptions, emotions, and the tracking of obligations, influence behavior when people interact.

On 7 June 2018 she will give a lecture on "The Importance of Initial Trust, Apologies and Timing in Predicting Post-Transgression Negotiation Behaviors" at the Institute of Leadership and Organization.

She is a Visiting Fellow in May and June 2018 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Brooke A. Gazdag and Prof. Dr. Martin Högl.
