Richard F. Broude is a lecturer at the Columbia Law School in New York.
Alongside his teaching activities, he is involved in advising large companies and hedge funds as an expert in insolvency law. During his stay, he will give three lectures in the series "The Impairment of Contract in Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bakruptcy Code".
Richard F. Broude is following an invitation from Prof. Dr. Horst Eidenmüller as part of the CAS research focus "Law as a Product" and will be at the CAS in June 2012.
