William John Boone is Full Professor of Educational Psychology at the School of Education, Health and Society of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (USA).
He has an excellent reputation as a methodologist in the field of empirical specialist didactics. Boone is one of the few natural science didacts with great expertise in psychometry and in the design of surveys and evaluation methods.
At the LMU, William John Boone will be working alongside Prof. Dr. Birgit J. Neuhaus of the Chair for Biology Didactics. During his stay in May 2010, he will give a lecture at the Munich Center of the Learning Sciences.
