Prof. Dr. Carmine Bianchi

Carmine Bianchi is Full Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Palermo.
He specializes in dynamic balanced scorecards, strategic modelling and planning in public government. Bianchi is also an expert in accounting models to support entrepreneurial learning in the planning process and in performance evaluation.
Carmine Bianchi is a Visiting Fellow at CAS in November 2016 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Christoph Knill (Senior Researcher in Residence).
