Prof. Dorin Ruse, Ph.D.

Dorin Ruse is Professor of Biomaterials at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of British Columbia.
His current research interests focuses on the application of fracture mechanics and fatigue crack propagation methodology to the study of biomaterials, hard tooth tissues, and adhesive interfaces.
Dorin Ruse is a Visiting Fellow in September to December 2018 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Nicoleta Ilie.
On 29 October 2018 at 5 p.m. he will give a lecture on "Fracture Mechanics Methodology in Dental Materials Research" at the Outpatient Clinic of Operative and Conservative Dentistry.
