Vincent Micheal Kiberu, Ph.D.

Vincent Micheal Kiberu is Research Associate at the Health Informatics Research Group of the Makerere University in Uganda. He has recently completed his Ph.D. in Telemedicine at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Nelson Mandela School of Medicine.
His Ph.D. research focused on the development of an e-Health readiness assessment framework based on e-Health readiness domains, to guide the implementation and integration of telemedicine for clinical care. He has wide experience in the development of information systems and electronic data management.
Vincent Micheal Kiberu is a Visiting Fellow in March 2020 upon invitation from Dr. Günter Fröschl in the context of the CAS Research Focus "Global Health". He will participate in the workshop "eHealth: Trends and Innovations" on 6 March 2020.
