Health Ethics

Angus Dawson is Professor of Bioethics at the University of Sydney.

His research has mainly focused on ethical issues in public and global health, and seeks to expand the range of issues and values that are discussed in health ethics, including recent work on solidarity reciprocity, sustainability and trust.

Angus Dawson is a Visiting Fellow in January to April 2019 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Georg Marckmann and PD Dr. Verina Wild in the context of the CAS Research Focus "Global Health".

On 30 January 2019 he will give a lecture on "What is Global Bioethics?".
