Jonathan Taylor, Ph.D.

Jon Taylor is Curator at the British Museum in London.
He is responsible for the British Museum's unique collection of cuneiform texts from the ancient Middle East. He is an expert in the materiality of cuneiform tablets, who has published extensively on Mesopotamian concepts of history and on education and literacy in the Ancient Near East.
He is a Visiting Fellow in March 2020 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Enrique Jiménez (CAS Young Center).
