Prof. Juha Saatsi, Ph.D.

Juha Saatsi is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Leeds.
He mainly works in general philosophy of science, with particular interest in: scientific realism; scientific and mathematical explanation; the nature of scientific theories and models.
In October 2014 he is a visiting fellow at CAS following an invitation from Prof. Dr. Stephan Hartmann as part of the CAS Research Focus "Reduction and Emergence in the Sciences".
