Prof. Megan Luke, Ph.D.

Previous Visiting Fellow

Megan R. Luke is Associate Professor in the Department of History of Art and a Faculty Affiliate of the Visual Studies Research Institute at the University of Southern California Dornsife. She teaches modern art, architecture, and art writing in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Her research focuses on the histories of abstraction, collage, and photography, with particular interests in art reproduction, the history of sculpture, early cinema, exile studies, and theories of the image.

She is a Visiting Fellow from August to October 2021 upon inviation of Prof. Dr. Burcu Dogramaci in the context of the CAS Research Focus "Global Dis/Connections".
