Philosophy

Jörg Löschke is SNSF Research Professor of Philosophy at the Universität Zürich. He graduated from the Universität Bonn and held positions at the Universität Bonn, Universität Bern and LMU München, as well as visiting positions at Florida State University, Princeton University and the University of Washington.

Jörg Löschke’s areas of research include the value and normativity of personal relationships, normative ethics, and analytic value theory. He is the author of Solidarität als moralische Arbeitsteilung (Paderborn, 2015) and published in journals such as Philosophical Studies, Canadian Journal of Philosophy, European Journal of Philosophy, Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, Journal of Ethics and Social Philosophy, Journal of Moral Philosophy and Social Theory and Practice.

Jörg Löschke is member of the CAS Research Group "Relationships in Transition: Normative Challenges" of Prof. Dr. Monika Betzler.
