Yang Liu, Ph.D.

Yang Liu is a Senior Research Fellow of the Faculty of Philosophy and the Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence (CFI) at the University of Cambridge. He is also a Leverhulme Earlier Career Fellow.
Liu and Rush Tyler Stewart, Ph.D. (CAS Junior Researcher in Residence 2020/21) are members and organizers of the Cambridge-LMU strategic partnership group on Decision Theory and the Future of Artificial Intelligence. Liu works primarily in decision theory and probability, paying special attention to applications in AI.
In the winter semester 2020/21 Yang Liu is a Visiting Fellow upon invitation from Rush Tyler Stewart, Ph.D. (CAS Junior Researcher in Residence 2020/21).
