Prof. Pieter Sjoerd Hasper, Ph.D.

Pieter Sjoerd Hasper is Professor of Ancient Philosophy at Indiana University in Bloomington and Assistant Professor at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Tuebingen. He has published works on presocratic philosophy (Zeno and Democritus) as well as on Aristotle, and is primarily interested in issues and arguments in physics and metaphysics, and in Aristotle‘s account of science. Pieter Sjoerd Hasper is a Visiting Fellow in April 2018 in the context of the CAS Research Group "Editing Metaphysics" upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Oliver Primavesi am CAS.
