Prof. Dr. Stefan Andriopoulos

Stefan Andriopoulos is a professor in the Department of Germanic Languages at Columbia University, New York.
His areas of teaching and research focus on German and European literature, media history, and interrelations of literature and science from 1750 to the present. He is the author of Ghostly Apparitions: German Idealism, the Gothic Novel, and Optical Media (2013).
Stefan Andriopoulos is a Visiting Fellow in March 2020 upon invitation from Dr. Kay Wolfinger (CAS Junior Researcher in Residence 2019/20).
