Lectures in English within the "Berkeley-Lecture"
Under the general agreement of cooperation between University of California, Berkeley and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich "LMU-UCB Research in the Humanities" from August 2007, the two universities have established a joint program to pursue innovative, collaborative research in the Humanities. The cooperation aims at bringing forward the exchange of faculty members, graduate students, and postdocs in the fields of the humanities. In 2012, the cooperation aggreement was extended for another period of five years.
