Dr. Annette Meyer studied medieval and modern history, philosophy and law in Freiburg im Breisgau and Cologne. In the course of her doctoral thesis on the "The Science of Man in the Scottish and German Enlightenment" she did research at the University of Edinburgh. In 2005, she joined LMU as a research fellow in interdisciplinary research projects (SFB 536/SFB 573). Most recently, she has been an assistant professor in the History Department.
She is managing director of the CAS since 2008.
