Prof. Alan Schwartz

Alan Schwartz is Professor of Economic Law at Yale Law School.
As an expert for company and insolvency law, he has established himself as one of the most frequently cited social scientists in the world with publications such as "Fundamentals of Contract Law" (1994) and "Commercial Law: Principles and Policies" (2nd Edition 1991). During his stay, he will give three lectures in the series "Contracts: A Law and Economics Approach".
Alan Schwartz will be in Munich as a visiting fellow in June 2012 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Horst Eidenmüller as part of the CAS research focus "Law as a Product".
