Dr. Günther Sandner

Günther Sandner is Research Fellow at the Institute Vienna Circle and Lecturer at the Institutes of Political Science and Economic and Social History at the University of Vienna.
In the last years his research mainly focused on the life and work of Otto Neurath. In 2014 he published the monograph "Otto Neurath. Eine politische Biographie".
He is a Visiting Fellow at CAS from April to June 2016 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Burcu Dogramaci. He organizes together with Burcu Dogramaci the international workshop "Rosa und Anna Schapire − Eine intellektuelle Doppelbiographie. Sozialwissenschaft, Kunstgeschichte und Feminismus um 1900" from 24 to 25 June 2016. On 1 June 2016 he will give a talk with the title "Otto Neurath: Zwischen Gesellschaftstechnik und Politik".
