Jill Fisch is Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Her work focuses on the intersection of business and law, including the role of regulation and litigation in addressing limitations in the disciplinary power of the capital markets.
She is visiting CAS in July 2015 as part of CAS Research Focus "EU Business Regulation" following an invitation from Prof. Dr. Lars Klöhn and participates in the conference "The New EU Financial Markets Architecture" on 2 and 3 July 2015.
