Prof. Marina Oshana, Ph.D.

Previous Visiting Fellow

Marina Oshana is Professor of Philosophy at the University of California, Davis.

She currently focuses on three broadly connected areas in ethics and moral psychology: the nature of personal autonomy and the conditions for autonomous agency, the meaning of moral responsibility and the conditions for responsible agency, and the nature of the self and of self-identity.

Marina Oshana is a Visiting Fellow at CAS in December 2016 upon invitation from Prof. Dr. Monika Betzler in the context of the CAS Research Focus "Moral Behavior".
